User Agreement

The User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) defines the procedure for using the service parteh.ru and is a public offer of Vector LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier") in accordance with art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

The Agreement is addressed to a legal entity or individual entrepreneur (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") on the terms set out below.

The Buyer's unconditional acceptance of the terms of the Agreement is considered to be the completion of registration actions on the Service.

Terms and definitions

1. Subject

1. The Supplier provides the Buyer with an open license to use the Service in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.

2. Registration in the Service

1. Before completing the registration procedure, the Buyer undertakes to familiarize himself with the terms of the Agreement.

2. Upon registration, the Buyer enters the necessary reliable data into the Service forms, which are processed in the form in which they were received.

3. In cases where the Buyer acts on behalf of and on behalf of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur, the Buyer guarantees the Supplier that he has all the necessary authority to perform actions on the Service.

4. The Supplier sends a letter to the Buyer confirming the registration procedure. After confirming registration on the Service, the Buyer gets access to his Personal Account.

5. All actions of the Buyer on the Service are considered to be performed by him personally or by his authorized person.

6. When registering on the Service, the Buyer gives his consent to receive messages (including by e-mail, SMS, etc.) of an advertising and informational nature (Part 1 of art. 18 of the Federal Law "On Advertising").

3. Intellectual rights and terms of use of the Service

1. The exclusive right to the Service, as well as to the improvements to the functionality made during the execution of the Agreement, belongs to the Supplier.

2. The Buyer has the right to use the Service in accordance with its functional purpose.

3. The Supplier has the right to restrict the use of certain functions of the Service for all or individual Customers.

4. How to use the Service

1. The Supplier determines prices through the Service, keeps records of inventory balances, sets tariffs for delivery and pickup.

2. The buyer selects the product from the ones presented on the Service. The selected items end up in the general shopping cart, where the order is generated. The Buyer must choose the method of delivery of the goods: either by pickup from the Supplier's warehouse, or by the Supplier.

3. After placing/confirming the order, the Supplier forms an Invoice Agreement in his Personal Account.

5. Prohibited actions

1. Use the Service in ways not explicitly provided for in the Agreement.

2. It is prohibited to parse any information on the online store's website, including, but not limited to, information that includes product prices, terms of service, catalogs, price lists, etc. The fine for parsing is determined by the Supplier in the amount of 1,000,000.00 (one million) rubles.

3. Take any actions, including those of a technical nature, aimed at disrupting the normal functioning of the Service.

4. Use any technical means to collect and process information on the Service, including the personal data of other Customers.

5. Make attempts to circumvent the established technical restrictions.

6. Copy, make changes, prepare derivative materials, decompile, analyze using a disassembler, or attempt to open the source code, or otherwise modify the Service.

7. To mislead other Buyers or Suppliers in any way.

8. Impersonate another person, his representative, without sufficient rights to do so, including the Supplier or his employees, as well as use any other forms and methods of illegal representation of others.

9. Use information about other Customers' phone numbers, mailing addresses, and email addresses to send spam, i.e. commercial and non-commercial messages.

10. Use the Supplier's logos and/or trademarks without their permission.

6. Buyer's Requests

1. The Supplier has the right to provide consulting and technical support to the Buyer regarding the Service at the email address info@parteh.ru , including in case of violation of the Buyer's rights.

2. When sending a request, the Buyer must provide his contact information and the text of the request. Supporting documents may be attached to the application.

3. The procedure for reviewing appeals:

3.1. Within 5 (five) business days from the date of receipt of the request, the Supplier verifies it for the completeness of the information specified in it and the sufficiency of supporting documents.

3.2. If the information and documents provided are sufficient, the Supplier shall send a reasoned decision to the Buyer to the contact address specified by him within 5 (five) business days from the end of the verification.

3.3. If the information and/or documents provided by the Buyer are insufficient, the Supplier requests additional information/documents, which the Buyer must provide within 5 (five) business days from the date the Supplier sent the request to the email address.

3.4. If the Buyer does not provide additional information and/or documents, the Buyer's request is considered withdrawn.

7. Blocking and deleting

1. The Supplier has the right to immediately block the Personal Account in case of:

1.1. Detection of violation by the Buyer of the terms of the Agreement or the provisions of the current legislation of the Russian Federation;

1.2. Receiving claims from third parties about the violation of their rights by the Buyer;

1.3. Obtaining relevant requirements from government agencies.

2. Blocking means that you cannot use the Service.

3. When blocking the Personal Account, the Buyer undertakes to contact the Supplier and independently take all actions to stop the violation.

4. In case of refusal to stop the violation or repeated blockages, the Supplier has the right to unilaterally delete the Buyer's Personal Account.

8. Personal data

1. The Supplier processes the Buyer's personal data in order to fulfill the Agreement and in accordance with the requirements established by the Federal Law "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006 N 152-FZ (hereinafter referred to as the Law on Personal Data).

2. Upon registration on the Service, the Buyer gives the Supplier his consent to the processing of personal data.

3. The Buyer decides to provide the Supplier with his personal data freely, voluntarily and in his own interest, and confirms that he is a capable individual.

4. List of personal data to be processed with Consent:

4.1. General personal data: surname, first name, patronymic, email address, etc.

4.2. Other information processed by the Provider: IP address, cookies, type of operating system, browser type, geographical location, Internet service provider, information about the use of the Service (including information about pages visited), information automatically obtained when accessing the Service and other information obtained as a result of the Buyer's actions.

5. The procedure for processing and protecting personal data is determined by the Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy.

6. If the Buyer processes personal data of third parties, the Buyer is solely responsible for compliance with appropriate measures to protect personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Law on Personal Data and other laws and regulations.

9. Limitation of liability

1. The service is provided on an "as is" basis.

2. The Buyer assumes all risks associated with the use of the Service.

3. The Supplier does not give the Buyer any express or implied guarantees regarding the Service. The Supplier does not guarantee (including, but not limited to): suitability for specific purposes (including commercial ones), safety and security, accuracy, completeness, performance, system integration, uninterrupted operation, error-free, troubleshooting, virus-free, legality of use in any territories outside the Russian Federation.

4. The supplier is not responsible for:

4.1. Buyer's Losses;

4.2. Dissemination of information that does not correspond to reality and discredits the business reputation of any third parties;

4.3. Inability to use the Service for reasons beyond the control of the Supplier;
